Dear Steph
Im pretty surprised and dismayed to hear about your CPN team. I cant believe not one person has got back to you. Thats a poor service. You would be quite within your rights to document all the contacts youve made and send this to the trust manager. Like you say imagine if you were in crisis.
On a more positive note im really pleased to hear youve had a good week. I hope next week is just as good for you. Some people find they get a little lower when the dark nights draw in and then it subsides after a few weeks.
Ive had another good week-symptom free. Still living in fear of dipping but i dont let it curb my day to day life. I think the 'fear' is just the legacy of having been so unwell. I start back to work next week. It should be okay

Glad things are still ging well for you tears and think you may be right that the dark evenings unsettled me for a bit. I am now happily embracing winter though as I can get int my pyjamas at 7pm without feeling guilty!! Are you looking forward to going back to work?
I am still angry with my CPN and the team in general. She is due to come out and see me next Monday - if she turns up - and I am practising in my head all the things I'm going to say. Of course knowing me I won't actually say anything but who knows maybe I will get brave! Why do I never speak up and tell people how i really feel about the way I've been treated??
Also am making a gp appointent as I'm havbing a lot of problems with my periods and I don't think that is helping my m0od or energy levels at all. Sine I had Sophie the doc has kept telling me things will settle down but she is now 13 months and I'm still having a bad time with them so I think something needs to be done

Hey Steph
Sorry to hear you are suffering with your periods...there is nothing worse than that every month...hope you can get it sorted out.
Good luck with the CPN on Monday...why don't you write down all the things you want to say to her...that might be easier at least then you have it in front of you? I am the worlds worse for not speaking up so i know how you feel.
Speak soon, take care xx

Dear Steph Hi, How are you? Have you managed to see your elusive CPN? Hope thye have got their act together. I dont know much about treatments for problem periods. I take well-woman vitamins which contain evening primrose and the b vitamins which can be helpful with menstrual problems. Its funny becasue when i was really unwell i used to feel better around my periods and now that im well im back to feeling crap and washed out around them. Figure that one out! Ive been back at work for a week and im feeling fine. As im sure you will understand i dont want to take it for granted but i think i might be on the homestraight now. Its been a horrendous year.
